健康小屋對照組干預(yù)方法 社區(qū)居民采取傳統(tǒng)健康教育方法，由健康指導(dǎo)團隊的學(xué)生對社區(qū)居民進行健康體檢知識的宣傳，宣傳內(nèi)容包括健康體檢的好處和基本知識、健康體檢的間隔時間、目前病譜的變化、常見慢性病的基本知識、健康生活方式等，共干預(yù) 2 次。

評估：健康小屋干預(yù)前研究者根據(jù)自行設(shè)計的社區(qū)居民健康體檢行為調(diào)查表，評估研究對象所處的行為變化階段，并找到其不愿體檢的原因。

Evaluation: before the intervention of health hut, the researchers evaluated the behavior change stage of the subjects according to the self-designed questionnaire of health examination behavior of community residents, and found the reasons why they were unwilling to take a physical examination.

采取 5 級評分法，0 分為沒有，且目前不想體檢；1 分為沒有，將來打算去做；2 分為有，并準備去做；3 分為曾經(jīng)體檢過，但沒有定期去；

4 points: regular physical examination has been carried out. Score ≤ 3 is the pre intention stage, 4 ~ 7 is the intention stage, 8 ~ 11 is the preparation stage, 12 ~ 15 is the action stage, and ≥ 3 is the maintenance stage.
